Christmas biscuit recipe



Try out this yummy scrummy recipe with your children

Christmas biscuits
You will need:

125 g Butter, softened
50g Castor sugar
175g Flour
Yellow glace icing
Red glace icing
1. Whisk the butter in a bowl until really soft, beating in the sugar a little at a time. Finally fold in the flour. Knead until smooth.

2. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to the thickness of a 10p piece.

3. Cut out the shapes you desire using shaped cutters such as a star, Santa or snowman shapes. Bake in the oven at 150 c (gas mark 2) for 25 mins. Cool and then decorate with the icing.
